Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ListMyProject collects through its website, mainly through the CEX Eligibility Check, how it is used, and how to ask for its deletion. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
Information we collect
When you run the CEX Eligibility Check we collect the networks and contract addresses you submit, and, only if you provide them, your Telegram username and listing budget range. We also process your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We receive the public market, holder, security and listing data for the submitted token from third-party data providers.
How we use it
We use this information to produce your scan results, to contact you about exchange listing services when you ask us to or have shared a contact detail, and to understand demand for our services. Each completed scan is delivered to the ListMyProject team by email and stored in our lead records.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to deliver the service, including infrastructure hosting, transactional email, a database for lead records, bot protection, and public blockchain and market data APIs. They process data on our behalf only as needed to run the feature.
Retention and deletion
We keep lead records only as long as needed for the purposes above. To have your information deleted, email marketing@listmyproject.com from the contact you provided, or message us on Telegram, and tell us the contract address you submitted.
Your choices
The Telegram username and budget fields are optional. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
